To minimize the stress when you have a group

As a public speaker, entrepreneur, teacher, manager, consultant, do not ever feel stressful to present a group? Whatever your role and relationship with the group, it is normal that the experience of stress. A little 'stress keeps awake, too much stress can backfire.

Here are some thoughts to keep in mind before, during and after the time that you can keep stress to a manageable level. Many of these ideas have the sense to remember what alreadyknow. Other ideas are meant for your encouragement. Still other ideas you never thought of before, especially if you're new to make observations.

Preparations.

Research. Review. Or start from scratch. You need to prepare to be as successful as possible when they are present. If you're new to present to groups, you may be safer to be too prepared. If you have more confidence and experience to find the correctbalance of the preparation and spontaneous.

Know your audience.
